YES, ladies and gentlemen I am writing an I LIKE list. Be proud! These are the things that I like about Chile. I won't go so far as to say I love them, but I like them!!
I LIKE....
1. The subway...yes I bitch about being squished and everything but come on, its cheap it gets me from Vicente to Los Leones in one piece.
2. LaSaucy soap. It dries my hands out, but the kind that has honey in it reminds me of beeswax and I LOVE LOVE LOVE beeswax!!
3. Completos italianos. LUV!! The whole avacado (just a little bit), mayo (again a little bit), tomato, ketchup, mustard, and hotdog on a bun... delicious!!!
4. Salsa golf. I want to say when I first came here in July of 07, I was disgusted that mixing mayo and ketchup was chip dip, but now YUM! I will eat it with chips anyday! though I prefer light mayo the stuff that isnt light is quite yellow and yellow mayo kind of scares me.
5. Choripan. YUMMMMMM.
6. Sopaipillas!!! DELICIOUS!!! Nothing makes me warm during the winter besides my electric blanket. A little bit of mustard and my body is warm the rest of the way home!!!
7. Empanadas!! My favorites are mushroom and cheese and crab and cheese. But I won't say no to a meat one, but I do say NO to the olive. yakkk!!!
8. Rum and Coke for less than $20. And real Coke, not the Walmart brand!!!
Ok so my list is only 8 long, so what. I like some things. I don't completely 100% hate it here. Right??

And funny that a lot of the list is about the food! :P
I also loooooooove sopaipillas. I don't know why. Probably because they're fried. Can't say the same for salsa golf though...I had a bad experience.

Crab and cheese empanadas. Oooh, those would probably make my list too. :)
