Alright so I decided to make a checklist so everyone can know where I stand with preparing for the big day!!!! I am getting super excited and I really really really want to try on my dress which I have looked at a billion times since I have been home, but I am not allowed to try it on because my mom wants to have her bedroom vacuumed on the day I try it on and I just haven't been there on one of those days!!! I think this weekend I will just vacuum and try it on because I need to know where I stand because according to the scale and my jeans I have put on some around the waist!!! I can't help it!!! It's SUMMER!!! MY SUMMER!! But now I am done with picnics, grad parties and family gatherings!!!! Which have all been fun and when I look back it was worth it even though my jeans are a bit tight!!! :P

_ Church fee, marriage classes, and other churchy whatnot.

_ Invitations
X Date at Church reserved!! (I chose the church too!(We have 5 churches in our parish to choose from) St. Mary's in Holdingford, October 24th, 1:00PM!!!)
X Dress, bought, but not altered yet!!
_ Jewelry....not going too much into this....I have some stuff maybe I won't buy anything, maybe mom will BORROW some diamonds :P I do need to decide about my piercings...maybe no on the nose...not sure about all the ear stuff...
_ Shoes...can't I just wear tennis shoes??? Oh yeah!! Its my wedding I can do what I want!! SO YESSSS!!! I need to find a nice comfy white pair that doesn't make me too much taller than Ro!!!
_ Hair for me!!! I need highlights!! Where's my Sun-in??? teeheehee :P I know the who, but I don't know the what, Half up half down is my thought right now.
_ Bridesmaid dresses....who are my bridesmaids again?? :S
_ Tux rentals....Ro wants all white, haven't gotten the boys in yet to pick what they want.
/ Flower Girls dresses..notice the plural, there isn't going to be a ring bearer, just two cuties and one dress is made and the second is being worked on!!

/ Flowers...decided on fake, might as well go with roses since they are fake and cheaper!! :P only half checked off because I didn't actually buy them yet. I'm saving the 50% off one item coupons from Micheal's and Crafts Direct. If you find em and you don't want em, send em!!!

Somethings are great to know...some not at all.
Again, I have been away for awhile. I haven't NOT had time to get online, I just haven't had motivation. We have been keeping busy and mostly enjoying each others company. But, not everything can be good all the time.
We found out that my grandpa had a tumor in his brain. He had surgery at the MAYO last Wednesday and the surgery went as good. Well, good in a way that they removed most of the cancerous stuff and all of the other watery stuff. But the cancer isn't what we wanted it to be. Not that we wanted it to be cancer at all, but it is. I am not a doctor and I really know close to nothing about most medical things especially cancer.
If I was to go into the medical field in no way would I want to be taking a class to teach you how long it will take for an illness to well run its course. Knowing that your expiration date is coming can't be good to know personally and to know about anyone else. I guess 2 and a half years ago, I wouldn't know what it would be like to know that there is only a certain amount of time to be with the person you are married to, the person that matters most to you in the world. It just tears at my heart when I think of what is going to happen. I am not losing my husband, but I can't even begin to imagine the pain it would cause. I already made Ro swear that I can go first. Of course the chances of that aren't so good especially since I am a woman and we live longer than men, and Ro is 2 years older than me.
Anyways this next year will go by just like the rest of the years do. In the back of my mind the time will be ticking, but you never know I guess. Things can change in a year. Science can change, medicine can change, it's possible. All I know is that no matter what I am going to have to go back to Chile and I will regret it forever because I should be here spending as much time with family as I can, but I am too selfish to be away from Rodrigo. So I will go back to Chile and just hope that we can be back here as soon as possible.

Stressed the F*** Out!!!!
Okay so the wedding is on! But the date has to be changed! When? Haven't a clue!!! Rodrigo's visa is up the 1st of December, but our tickets are for the 22nd of September! SOoooo, should we stay longer?? I still haven't found a job. I mean a real full time job. I have been babysitting my niece for money and I get in a few weekends of waitressing at a cafe I used to work at back in the day. It brings in enough to survive, but not enough to change the tickets!! Grrr!! Rodrigo refuses to have the wedding in September although the 11th and 12th are open. He will not have it in September UNLESS we have it on the 18th!! Stupid boy!! We can't have it on the 18th because my cousin has his wedding on the 19th!! No way in hell will 2 weddings in a row fly for my family!! Plus I don't want to do that!! So we are still stuck, we have a reservation at the American Legion for the reception we just don't have it on a date yet, I don't have a photographer and have a big feeling I won't be able to find one anyways so I'll just have to have someone attempt to take nice pictures, and I don't have a DJ or band set up for the reception. SOoooo, at the moment I am waiting for Ro to get out of the shower so we can go to the emplyment office to try and get something because I guess we will HAVE to change our tickets so we can have our wedding in October since some stupid Chilean thinks the 18th of September is the only suitable day in September to get married! Ughhhhh!!!!
Anyways, back to life before Ro catches me on the computer!!! Apparently it is ok for him to be on the computer 12 hours a day, but I can't be on it at all because I am home and what would I need a computer for?? Well, let me tell you how much that will suck for him if we go back to Chile!!!!! I can lay the same cards and play the same games as him!!!!

Trip to Lake of the Woods!!
For the 4th, we went up to my aunt and uncle's cabin on Lake of the Woods. We were there for five nights and we got in 4 great days of fishing!! I guess I am just going to update with pictures again because I have so many things going on in my life and head right now. I will say that I still have not found a job, my car is not reliable in any way shape or form, and I am still enjoying myself very very muchly. That's not a word.
This is my youngest brother Carl with a nice walleye.
This one is for Sara!! :P A nice Lake of the Woods sunset!!
Because my husband is way too cool and his fishing license was twice as expensive as mine, he cannot catch a "normal" fish. He chose to catch a big old eel pout!! GROSS!!! My dad had never seen one of those caught in the sunnertime!! Notice how he is holding it up with a pliers, he is not a wimp, my dad also would not touch the thing with his hands!! Ewww!!!
Me with a nice big walleye!! It was in the slot though so I had to throw it back! 23 and a half inches!!!
Rodrigo and I tag teamed this one when we were down rigging. Please don't ask what that is, I still can't figure out how the hell it works!!
