Haven't Started Yet.....

So, I still haven't started packing, I have however begun to get things ready. I have a list. Yesterday I crocheted a little case for my ipod so I don't have to worry about scratching it in my backpack like I did on my last trip. That's it. Why? I don't know. I am starting to get very mixed emotions about going back to the US. I am pretty sure that would be the Stgo winter hitting me. Usually going home I am super excited, this time though I am very nervous. We have to get Ro through customs before everything is in the clear. I have always gone home by myself in the past, so I just wandered through customs quick and easy and that was that. I have been trying to keep myself busy by crocheting. I am getting pretty good I think. I should put up pics of the elephant I made. I also made myself a soap saver and one for my sister too. Why am I crocheting when I should be packing?? I don't know!!! I need to get on it. I have a feeling that I have a very hungover weekend coming up and we have to have everything packed before Friday because we are having a party and our ginormous suitcases cannot be just sitting around the house!! (I borrowed a huge suitcase from a Chilean friend so now we have 3 big ones and two little carry ons.) I am kind of worried and super crabby about this "going away" party we are having. People that don't even know me have been asking Ro if they can come and one of his friends wants to bring 10 people...they don't know us at all so why would they come to our going away party. I just get frustrated because some of these people have come to a party here in the past and they don't pitch in to buy rum, so they drink what everyone else pitched in for and then we end up having to put more of our money in. Not that the plan is to get wasted, but still, I don't want to spend a bunch of money we don't have to!!! Anyways, I really should be packing, cleaning, or organizing and not goofin aroung on blogspot, facebook or anything else!!!!

Hahaha crocheting! You sound sort of like a little Grandma.

I also hate those people who show up unanounced and a. don't bring anything and b. expect that everything that is there is for their own consuming pleasure.

Hahaha Sara, I was sitting on our bed crocheting last night, and Ro came in and he said, "All you need is those bottle bottom glasses and you would look like and old lady." Hahaa! I know crocheting sounds grannyish, but I can't stop I keep finding really cool things that I can make myself instead of buying them. I am going to try and make some mittens, but I don't really know when I will see winter next!! Geez that sounds good to me!!! I decided that Ro and I are going to pitch in with 2 other friends and we are going to get 2 bottles or rum and Coke for us and not share!! Hehehe I am evil!!!
