:D That suitcase is WAY bigger than I remember!!!

So Rodrigo's parents brought Ro's suitcase home from storing at his grandma's. I have to say that I was with Ro when he bought it, but CRIPES!!! I really don't remember it being as big as it is!! I am so happy! I don't think we are even going to be able to fill all the suitcases we have. We have decided that Ro will check two of the big bags, and I will check one. We we each have a small suitcase with wheels for carry ons and then I will have a backpack and Ro will have a very small duffel bag. And with all of that we really don't need another bag!! YAY!! So we have Ro's HUGE bag outside getting air and it will probably need at least three days of air and a good wipe down with soapy water before it is ready to be packed. A second big bag that is in storage will be brought out tomorrow, wiped and set to air out, and we will be ready for packing by Thursday. :D Of course I will start packing the other bags on Monday when I am FINALLY allowed to start packing!!!! I am super excited to be going home. Rodrigo is excited to be out of the house, but very nervous to meet my family.
So we are two weeks and a day until we head out!! I have lots to pack and I need to go shopping to get just a few things before we go. Presents and such. I honestly cannot think of one thing that I NEED to bring to the US. Whenever I come back here though, I can think of a million things that I NEED from the US!! Ro wants me to bring a couple packets of asparagus soup powder so I can make that for him a couple times while we are in the US. What really can I bring from here to there?? What would you bring??

Sahne Nuss, Pisco, and Liquid Ariel (but Liquid Ariel is only because I am crazy about the scent). Be careful about the weight of the xtra large suitcase- I have a ginormous suitcase but can never fill it because it becomes overweight and I end up paying more than it would cost to buy another bag and taking 2. Have a great trip!!!

AHh yeah!! Sahne Nuss!!! I have to bring that, pisco makes both Ro and I very sick! What does liquid Ariel smell like??? We are being very careful about the weight, all the heavier things, jeans, books, and such we are going to put in our carryons...:P they never check the weight of those!!!!

I can't really describe what liquid Ariel smells like but it makes your clothes smell good though. I'm just a weirdo about scent. Ok- if not Pisco then perhaps Chilean Champagne. I "discovered" Chilean Champagne when I was there last time and it is yummy.

Allie, I know how to make manjar, so I will definitely be making it for the hubs when I am in the US!!!
C.C. I will have to try the liquid Ariel sometime, Ro and I have switched from powder to liquid detergent because the washed only uses cold water and the powder never ever dissolved so we would get our clothes out with little chunks of the powder caked on!!! I was planning on bringing some Chilean wine back I guess we can bring a bottle of champagne too, do you know how many bottles are allowed?? I'm not 21 yet, so do you think there will be a problem with me having alcohol? I guess I can pack it all in Ro's bags, we just need to know if there is like a limit of bottles allowed.
