Last Sunday, Rodrigo and I went for a drive. He didn´t know where we were going, and obviously neither did I. We just started driving. Finally out of the city and into the fresh air we drove through the Andes a little bit. We stopped at a little stand that sells crystals and fossils. We were near a volcano I guess. After that we kept driving and found a waterfall. We decided to park the car and hike up to it. It was beautiful!! We took these pics there. Hhaha Rodrigo took his shirt off (he´s so white!!) cuz he wanted to play in the water, I didn´t want to play!! It was very cold!! I hope you like the pics!

Hey Shannon, I came across your blog today and am glad I did! I'm also an American girl dating a Chilean guy seriously, and thinking about marriage :) Although I'm in the States working for several more months, I'm hoping to move back down to Chile soon to be with my boyfriend. Anyway, it's just really cool whenever I run across a blog like yours, someone who's in the same situation as me and can identify! hey, i hear what you're saying about not knowing there were so many girls like you, b/c i felt the same way! but it's definitely cool knowing there are a bunch of us, i just wish i was in Santiago now! Diego is supposed to come just for a visit in July, and then i'm hoping to move back down to Santiago soon after that, maybe August or something. I miss it and him a lot! Anyway, we'll definitely have to meet up when I come back,that would be great! It would be nice to have some fellow gringa friends. :) Talk to you later!
